set_gfx_alttext_disable gets or sets the value of alttext_disabled. When set to 1 transparent background text boxes will not be drawn by the internal Dink Engine. If alttext_disabled is set to 0, transparent background textboxes will be drawn by the internal Dink Engine. If alttext_disabled is set to 1, transparent background textboxes will not be drawn by the internal Dink Engine.
